This website refers to the camping reservation-related services (hereinafter referred to as the Service) provided by 'Shu Jiao Information Co., Ltd.' When you start using the Service, it means you have read, understood, and agreed to accept the following terms:
When you successfully place a booking order via the internet or phone, this website will send you a text message, email, or call you according to the member information you provided.
When you complete a booking order, you agree to the camping period, site type, food, quantity, services, price, deposit, payment method, and contact information of the reserved campsite.
When you book a campsite on this website, the deposit ratio for each order is based on the fee standard of the campsite you booked. You can complete the booking service by selecting your preferred payment method. Please note: The payment deadline for a reservation is 1 hour. Overdue orders will be automatically canceled without notice.
1. After placing an order, payment must be completed within the payment deadline to reserve the campsite. If payment is not completed within the deadline, the order will be considered invalid.
2. For orders with a completed deposit or full payment, if you need to change the booking date or cancel the order, you can go to the booking record and click 'Cancel Order'. If you encounter difficulties, you can directly contact this website or the campsite owner for assistance.
3. Camping check-in/check-out times, campsite regulations, etc., are based on the rules and services of the campsite you booked.
4. Before checking in, please present the 'Booking Success List or Email from this site' to facilitate identity confirmation by the campsite owner.
5. If you have not paid the remaining balance of the order, you must settle the payment with the campsite owner on-site before checking in.
6. Any other transactions between you and the campsite owner during your stay, such as purchasing food or supplies not listed in this order, must be settled directly with the campsite owner.
7. If you are unable to check in before the 'latest check-in time' on the day of camping for any reason, you must inform the campsite owner in advance. If you do not agree on a check-in time with the campsite owner and exceed the retention time, the order will be unconditionally forfeited.
8. The order is considered complete only after the campsite owner confirms the camping registration procedures with you, including balance payment and service items.
9. If you cannot check in on the day of camping due to force majeure events such as typhoons or earthquakes, you can contact our customer service to change the camping date or arrange a refund.
The refund ratio for personal and weather-related factors is based on the 'Order Change and Refund Policy' announced on the 'Related Information' page of each campsite's webpage.
If you chose to pay by credit card when placing the order, the deposit will be refunded via credit card refund, with a processing fee of NT$30 deducted.
If you chose to pay by ATM or IBON, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer, with a processing fee of NT$30 deducted.
This website issues electronic invoices based on the 'Invoice Issuance Rules of the campsite you booked online'. Please note the following: Camping Map will issue an electronic invoice to you based on the actual amount you paid on this website (excluding the final payment collected on-site by the campsite). The electronic invoice will be issued approximately 3-5 working days after the campsite confirms your check-in for this order.
This website provides a secure transaction environment. Before making a reservation, you need to fill in your personal information. Your rights and privacy are protected by law. Your personal data is only for the use of this website and the owner of the campsite you have booked. Unless prior consent is obtained, your data will not be provided to third parties or used for other purposes in accordance with the law.
This website collects, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and is obligated to maintain confidentiality. Without your written consent, this site will not disclose your data or use it for purposes outside the scope of the contract. This also applies after the contractual relationship is terminated.
Other agreements between you and the campsite owner, or disputes arising during your stay, are not the responsibility of this website.
Any matters not covered in this contract shall be handled in accordance with the Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.
