In order to use the Service, you agree to the following: (a) Provide correct, up-to-date and complete information about yourself according to the prompts on the Service registration form, (b) Maintain and update your personal information to ensure it is correct, up-to-date and complete. If you provide any incorrect, false or incomplete information, Camping Map has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse your use of all or part of the Service.

The Service may sometimes experience interruptions or failures, which may cause inconvenience in your use, data loss, errors, tampering or other economic losses. You should take your own protective measures when using the Service. Camping Map is not liable for any damages caused by your use (or inability to use) of the Service, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Camping Map does not guarantee that information or advice (including but not limited to business, investment finance, medical, legal, etc.) obtained through the use of the Service or through links to other websites through the Service is completely correct and error-free. If you wish to quote or reprint the aforementioned software, programs or website content, except for those explicitly permitted by law, you must legally obtain the prior written consent of Camping Map or other rights holders. Respecting intellectual property rights is your obligation, and if you violate it, you should be liable to Camping Map for damages. You agree that Camping Map may, at its discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to non-use for a certain period, court or government agency orders, inability to continue the Service or substantial changes in service content, unforeseen technical or security factors or issues, fraud or illegal acts committed by you, failure to pay fees as agreed, or other reasons where Camping Map believes you have violated the express provisions and spirit of these Terms of Service, terminate or restrict your use of the account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and delete any 'member content' in the Service. You also agree that Camping Map may, at its sole discretion, with or without notice, terminate or restrict your use of the Service or any part thereof at any time. You acknowledge and agree that for the aforementioned termination or restriction, Camping Map may immediately close, delete or restrict access to your account and all or part of the relevant data and files in your account, and stop the use of all or part of the Service. Furthermore, you agree that if the use of the Service is terminated or restricted, Camping Map does not bear any responsibility to you or any third party.
These Terms of Service constitute the complete agreement between you and Camping Map regarding your use of the Service, replacing any previous agreement between you and Camping Map regarding the Service. The interpretation and application of these Terms of Service, as well as disputes related to these Terms of Service, unless otherwise provided by law, shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China, with the Taiwan Tainan District Court as the court of first instance. Camping Map's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver of the aforementioned rights or provisions. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found invalid by a court with jurisdiction, the parties still agree that the court should strive to make the true intentions expressed by the parties in the aforementioned provisions effective, and the other provisions of these Terms of Service should remain fully effective. The titles of these Terms of Service are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. If there is any behavior that violates these Terms of Service, please contact Camping Map customer service immediately.
