Located in Anping District, Tainan City, the Sicao Green Tunnel in the Taijiang National Park is famous for its unique mangrove ecosystem and is known as the "mini Amazon forest," as well as being the only water green river in Taiwan.

The Sicao Fort was built in the 20th year of the Daoguang Emperor's reign (1840) during the Qing Dynasty to defend against potential British invasions during the Opium War.
The fort originally included ten gun emplacements and seven gun positions and was one of the seventeen defensive forts in Tainan and the only remaining fort in Taiwan with circular gun holes.

The history of the Luerhmen Tianhou Temple can be traced back to 1661, when it was established by Koxinga (Zheng Chenggong) and dedicated to "Luerhmen Ma". This temple has witnessed the early historical changes in Taiwan and has been rebuilt and repaired many times after natural disasters and wars.
